Best - Ex Consultancy Ltd is the controller for personal information described in this notice. Contact info@best-exconsultancy.co.uk with a privacy question or rights request.

Effective and last reviewed: 19 August 2026.

Information we receive

This static website does not operate a server-side contact form, user account, advertising system, or audience analytics service. If you email us, we receive the information in your message and standard email metadata. This may include your name, work contact details, organisation, project requirement, and correspondence.

Do not send customer records, passwords, payment-card information, health information, or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, arrange discussions, prepare a proposal, and manage steps requested before a possible contract. We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and on steps requested before entering a contract where applicable.

We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without a separate valid basis.

Who receives it

Authorised Best-Ex personnel and service providers needed to operate business email or secure business systems may process relevant information. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request data as a hosting and security provider. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

A service provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Best-Ex will use the provider only after checking that an applicable UK transfer safeguard or adequacy arrangement is in place.

How long we keep it

Routine enquiry correspondence is reviewed and normally deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep relevant records longer where needed for a contract, legal claim, statutory record, or an active business relationship.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or transfer of your personal information. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
